We offer a range of services to help you honor the memory of your ancestors with dignity.
(You do not need to travel to Belarus or be present in person.)
GRAVE LOCATING
We can find the graves of your relatives in Belarusian cemeteries. Provide the name of your relative and the approximate date and place of death.
Upon request, we can visit the grave site and provide a photo or video report on its condition.
DOCUMENT GATHERING
When arranging the reburial of relatives in another country, different documents are needed for each situation. The list of documents depends on the requirements of the involved parties (government agencies and private companies).
We will help identify and prepare the required documents, locate them in archives or other institutions, and provide them in the needed format and language.
EXHUMATION ARRANGEMENTS
Exhumation and reburial of your relatives at a cemetery near you can be complex but achievable.
First, we dismantle any grave structures (if necessary) and perform the exhumation. We then transfer the body to a new coffin and, if needed, cremate the remains. Finally, we place the ashes in an urn and send it to you.
We can also arrange with local organizations for the burial of the urn in your area.
CREMATION ARRANGEMENTS
After exhumation, cremation is often required.
We place your relative’s body in a new coffin, conduct the cremation, and pack the ashes in the urn of your choice.
The urn with the ashes can be stored with us until it is sent to you.
TRANSPORTING COFFINS OR ASH URNS
Transporting a coffin or urn involves several stages and may take some time due to documentation requirements.
We:
– Prepare all necessary documents
– Provide a special coffin or urn
– Arrange transport (air, rail, or funeral vehicle)
– Pack and load the coffin or urn onto the transport with documents attached
– Deliver the coffin or urn to the place of farewell or burial
– Arrange the subsequent burial or cremation process (upon request)
GRAVE MAINTENANCE
Sometimes there is no one to care for a loved one’s grave, which can become overgrown with grass and covered in leaves and dust.
We will clean the grave, wash off dust and dirt, trim and tidy the surrounding area, and more.
After cleaning, we will send you a photo or video report.
PLACING FLOWERS ON THE GRAVE
You can request a visit to the grave with a floral arrangement if you are still considering transporting the ashes of deceased relatives.
